I made Red Sea Brim goujons on Wednesday!!!.. so delish it shouldn't be allowed.
Avec "Le homemade" tartare sauce.
Weekend meal:
Trofie Liguri ala Oglio (& Gamberi)
And last night's meal, inspired by Prancer tales of riding with steak on his back.
Made me go to my kitchen and prepare this (quite French), homealone dinner.
It was absolutely to die for... made my day, yesterday.Shoulder steak ("avec le" Mustard sauce), with roasted wedges and Porcini rice

Red sea brim, you'll never want to taste anything else.
The texture is like heaven, if you could taste heaven it would taste of Red Sea Brim.Tip: Have the fish pre cut in 3, at the fishmonger.
At home, after rinsing it, season it with rock salt and back ground pepper.
Prepare in a deep plate, a mix of: Corn flour (plain will work), Herbs de Provence
or simply fennel seeds, or whatever tasty herbs you feel like.
Coat thoroughly each goujon in the flour and fry it in hot olive oil.
Use some good 3,4 sheets of kitchen roll to soak up the excess of oil.Goes beautifully with spinach rice.
