I had curry sauce and chips, about as perfect as you could possibly want

currently marinading 1.3kgs of pork shoulder to make Char Siu Bao.
Prepped 4kgs of Chicken Wings for hot wings for the superbowl.

I had a massive food fail last night. Decided to make falafel but didn't have enough oil to deep fry them so I thought it'd be ok to shallow fry them. They just fell apart in the oil and ended up as a very oily mash of chick pea. I was really looking forward to them too :(
