You need vitamins and proteins to get well, not saturated fat!I'm feeling much better, like basically recovered. I bought that mustard on Thursday.
It's nearly empty.
Mustard is medicine.

The bottle next to it is anchovy ketchup. Need to know the origin of the word ketchup, maybe Heinz have misappropriated it. That'll make your lips pucker, the anchovy one.
I reckon if you mixed a bit of this with a bit of mayo, mustard and garlic you could get close enough to caesar dressing, without messing around for 45 minutes and ending up with more anchovies than you know what to do with

PIzza tonight, dough is proving in the airing cupboard at the moment, going to try for a deeper crust this time, any tips?

:D
I feel bad giving 'tips'.. Pasquale might read it and then... SHaaMME on me.
Deeper crust you always have that chance of not being entirely cooked throughout/going soggy.
I would say, oven really hot, specially you use the pizza stone, the base no thicker than 0.5cm,
and the tomato sauce to be well cooked before, this will prevent the sogginess...
May be talking shit here. -

Ha, thanks.
I would have used your dough recipe, but didn't have all the different flour to hand..or the time :-)
Pizza stone is a given. -

You could try rolling the base out after it has proved once, then letting it prove again before topping and baking.

made sure the oven was super hot, rolled out the dough and let it prove some more, base didn't go soggy at all, nice texture - big crusts. Might try a stuffed crust next time. I need to get a pizza paddle though, we nearly had a disaster getting the pizza onto the piping hot pizza stone.garlic bread
