Had my band down to stay at my folks' place in Oxford over the weekend, wanted to cook something that was delicious but very low-effort. This recipe was an absolute winner, highly recommend, I reckon it took 15 mins of hands-on work and ended up fucking delicious. Would be good with a sharp salad or maybe even a gremolata to freshen it up a bit...
