  • Fish finger sandwiches are one of the few places I enjoy some lettuce. Tartare sauce or the diy option of mayo + gherkins, is good.

  • I just ordered a full English and a pint of Guinness. Gonna destroy this.

  • I don't hold out much hope for the brekky at £2.50. Jesus. Just realised thepint
    cost more.

  • Where are you

  • heaven by the sounds of it

  • ive got work today... so a big hearty breakfast maybe???
no. my mum leaves me 24 mini chocolate chip cup cakes, im not complaining, but id prefer a big brekky

  • Jalapenos and cheese and fishfingers = farty bum

Protein shakes/energy paste = shitty bum

jalapenos and cheese and fishfingers and protein shake = sharty bum

To gamble and lose: Compound verb describing the possibility or result of farting and accidentally letting a shit out at the same time. Related to 'Sharting'.
Thank you for clearing that one up for me. Have never had a protein shake so haven't had the "pleasure".

  • Fish finger sandwiches with lemon mayonnaise and fresh pepper.

What do you mean 'fresh' pepper? Like, fresh peppercorns?

  • heaven by the sounds of it

Some shit pub in bumfuck idaho.

  • Just been making some Spanakopita Triangles and felt like taking some photos of it for you slags. Havent tasted one yet, waiting for them to cool down.

  • suppose you had to tell some one after making that much effort, I get mine from Zorbas down the road.

  • ultimate fish finger sandwich is defo, from the bottom up, slice of white bread, dijon mustard, 4 fish fingers, cheese, sweet chilli dippin sauce, potato rosti, bit of mayo, lettuce, white bread. HAVE IT!

Out of curiousity, how much does it cost in the shops?

  • I was winding you up dude,
its cool to make stuff, just amused me that you posted youre food, what next?
'heres my latest stool, what do you think, healthy?'

Im not the first person to do it, plenty of people have posted the food. Thought I may as well do it in sufficient detail that others can use it as a guide.

  • looks great DFP, are they similar to borek?

for me, fishfinger sandwich HAS to be toasted with lots of ketchup. the cheese and chilli sause one sounds good though!

  • today i picked some black bryony which is mistakenly called wild asparagus. it's not really asparagus but they eat it on the continent in omelettes/frittata's.
it grows in the hedgerows and is quite easy to spot as the young shoots are usually waving around in the wind at the top of the hedge.
had to leave before my mum was going to cook some but it's supposed to good eating.

I think so, I was not familiar with any fillo pastry type thing. Just spotted a recipe and thought it looked nice. It was also the first time Id used nutmeg.

They turned out pretty good, I may have overfilled them though. The nutmeg was a pungent and unusual scented type flavour. I expected it to be more spicy/hot. It complimented the ingredients well enough, and was nice to try some different flavours.

I normally always cook spinach with garlic. Never cooked with feta cheese before either.

  • ok, cool. they sound similar but not the same. tbh yours sound a little more exiting than borek. will be looking up a recipe for Spanakopita very soon :)
