putting aside speculation of imminent rampant diarrhoea, and on the seafood topic,
this skate 'canneloni' recipe is a damn near perfect spring plate

I had some rice yesterday, at the office, that I had cooked on Sunday, kept in the fridge.
My colleague went berserk because I was eating it... saying it was obviously off.Pffffft...

Was rice involved?
Rice bacteria, fast growing and bad.

As long as the rice is put in the fridge as soon as possible after it has cooled down then it's fine for a few days at least. As mentioned already, just nuke it!

So... Say there was this person who had no food in the house except for some left over Chinese. Now, suppose that in retrospect, that Chinese food was purchased 6 days ago.
Ahhhh, the old Beijing Colonic, a briefly unpleasant but ultimately refreshing classic

Yesterday I whipped up a spangling Mexican extravaganza, including a delicious guacamole. Despite just hurling stuff into a bowl (Possibly like Balki right now) it still came out looking like a frog.
