I used Ello for a while for photosharing. I think I was 'following' Tina on there. But haven't logged in in months. Haven't updated my flicker in much longer.

Haha, ello just came to mind five minutes ago!
Last time I checked it was full of graphic design wankery.
Will take a look now! What was your screen name on there?

Haha I have over 200K views and 5K followers on there as I got on their "featured" thing in photography a good while ago.
Which doesn't mean shit, just the people who sign up for the service see one of my images and follow me. -

I've got 14 followers :) @aspidistra

Ah, yeah! I would follow you, but I already do!

You can bypass all but the advertisements by just viewing those you follow. Don’t surf and you won’t be feed semi random distractions.
Yeah, exactly. I only ever bother looking at the feed of people I follow. I also only follow people I like, and don't do the follows for follow back thing. I tend to keep it to around 100 people that I follow. I tend to ignore the people who are following thousands....
There's some amazing people on there that you don't get on other platforms. David Hurn for instance at the age of 84 has embraced it and posts regularly, often with some thoughtful text along with the photo

So my Leica and Voightlander fell over and the cover front the lense has popped off the lense. It just looks like a cover, cover the screws with a sort of glue. Its obvs meant to come off if the lense is ever stripped so what glue would you recommend for sticking it back on?

Pricing for Ektachrome is out and it's (suprise !) about the same as Fuji's offerings.
https://www.ag-photographic.co.uk/kodak-ektachrome-e100-35mm-36-4289-p.aspI'll probably give a roll a go at some point I guess, but the pricing for E6 puts me off as something I can shoot regularly.
I can buy a roll of Ektar and get it dev'd and scanned for the price of one roll of Ektachrome or Fujichrome. -

Which reminds me, I've still got a couple of rolls of E100VS knocking around that I should use

£14 a roll fuck that. I'll continue with Portra its expensive enough.

Shot my first roll of film in a long while, it was also a test for an Oly OM1 I 'accidentally' bought. Super chuffed with the results although it looks like the light seals need changing..
( sorry for the dump! ) -

Lovely images, very natural. Do you have all of these printed? My parents amassed albums upon albums of photos of us youngsters growing up and there's something really special about flicking through them. I hope to have something similar, as and when..!
Also noticed I've not posted on my blog for 6 months - every time I go to post film, there's always half a roll in a camera I want to finish before I send the lot off. Got about 6x35mm ready to go!
