  • @shinkuu_kiss god bless they held up (was panic-dev'ing the roll yesterday, haha)

  • I'm an annoying man with a dozen cameras......

    ftfy

  • Seriously though they will appreciate later, just give them time

  • For landscapes I’d look at the GW670W. Again, pretty tough and may outlast Mamiya sixandsevens. The images from these are really special.

I know I've mentioned it before, but for landscapes cheap Zeiss folders are great. Sharp lens (especially in combo with TMax) and they near enough fit in a jersey pocket

  • Lovely stuff.

  • I haven't bought a camera in a while...... thinking about selling some. I guess I just jumped into the world of film after digital and was loving how cheap everything was.

Now realising that having too many options is often my downfall. FOMO.

  • Probably about as a different as you can get, tried slide for the first time, Velvia 1oo. Colours are crazy and are almost 3D at times. Unsurprisingly dynamic range is a bit poop, once the shadows are underexposed, they've gone

  • Oh, and for what it's worth my local lab has had product codes through for ordering Ektachrome (but not pricing yet). They reckon it should be available in the next couple of months.

Edit - Whilst my other lab when a 5ft test strip of Ektachrome this week with a Kodak rep in attendance

  • I’d love to have a summicron on my M6 but not yet! Just don’t have the money for it right now.

  • I see @mi7rennie is running the Film Shooters Collective Instagram feed this weekend, congrats !

  • Yeah, I'm almost Instafamous!

  • Pentacon Six / Pan F

  • Excellent! Really liking these Pan F shots.

  • Does anyone have a cheap & wide OM mount lens for sale?

Have the standard Zuiko 50mm and it's a little narrow.

  • Thanks bud, it's quite unique I think. Totally different to HP5.

  • Yea I'm aware this sucks a bit, posting it right after mi7rennie's proper medium format shots especially (but this is also Pan F, albeit 35mm and shot with a mediocre lens)..

  • Cool shot and it does not suck.

  • I'm heading to the Dolomite's on Saturday and am taking both colour and black and white film. Any recommendations for a B&W film for dramatic landscapes? I've googled extensively but not really finding anything conclusive. The weather looks changeable, so probably quite a lot of cloud at times and pretty overcast. Old faithful HP5?

Will probably be inside an Olympus OM-10 with 50mm f/1.8

  • delta 100

  • ^ this

  • Hp5 and a few filters, yellow and orange at least

  • Yeah, it's all about the filters. Also SFX infrared.
