Contax T2, amazing lens and feel durable. The only downside is the hipster tax

Seeing a lot of hipsters in Berlin with these indeed.
Most look as if they're not sure which button to press on the fucking thing to be honest.

I know the feels man. I paid £125 for a fucking Mju! That's why I feel like I should just buy a 35mm SLR.

It's seriously crazy how prices have exploded in the last 4 years.
Imagine I bought my Mju-II in as-new condition with box, strap and everything for €40 incl. shipping in 2014..
Basically the good ones cost two to five times as much now, and they're become scarce at the same time.

Seriously kicking myself for selling my XA and my T4, and for giving my T3 to a friend (who went ahead and broke it).

..seriously though you maybe should do this, and do it soon.
Bodies and especially lenses in good condition are getting scarce as well.

I'm always ashamed about the mju prices because I used to buy cheap Mju 2 on flea market for 5 to 15€, and sell it very expensive (like 130 to 150€) to hipsters. I've even made a little zine about "all the mju i've had", pictures of the camera in my ad mixt with the official manual. But I still find 20€ mju 2 on flea market because there was a huge production and many sleeping mju.

I am in the 30s .. what do you expect?

I used to want one but when I thought I might have the cash recently I found they've literally more than doubled in price, at least in Japan.

Pretty sure I've snapped the same Karmann Ghia in Holloway! Mji I on Kodak Pro Image 100...

Ah oui ! That was some time ago so now I'm little critic about it.

Phew, the GR1 is expensive for a non totally working camera... I think nobody can service it today.
