cranks look like miche primato, just powder coated; same wth rear hub i think??

the cranks are stronglight and the hubs just a cheep system ex i had laying about both powder coated

Did you p/c your spokes too? Was the masking tricky?

With the seatpost, did you have to use a smaller size as you had it powdercoated, or is the layer think enough that it didn't change the diameter?

yeah spokes were powder coated masking took a bit of time?
as for the seat post its the right size just asked them to spray it thiner, also filed down the inside of the seat tube to get rid of the burs

I have also been looking into home anodising lately. Not sure where to pick up the various chemical/acids/dyes though ?

I might ask my old chemistry teacher- he was a legend.
We made fireworks, some other stuff, did that thermite reaction along time before brainiac heard of it,
made a magnet gun, which broke the labs ceiling, evacuated the science area (my fault), and again, and again (my fault).
Also had the bomb squad called to the school, broke several houses windows, set off every car alarm in a 500m radius (oxyacetylene in a balloon + flames).
And the best thing of all was liquid nitrogen. I love that stuff.

Looks incomplete with out some toe straps but other than that great. Much better than Object's bike will ever look in a million years.
