Had a sweet ride to Shields from Gateshead on Sunday in the sunshine, stuck to the roads, fast and fun. Rode round Shields a bit then back,

cool, the weather was nice. you go near the sea front? also i seen you on saturday coming out of the life centre you where riding a bike with chrome forks covered in stickers. the lad i was with was on crutches. i gave you a quick nod you musnt of realized :)

oh well, shame more people dont ride shields much, it makes a nice change especially when the weathers good

Definately get these printed on tees. If Billy's still got his screen printing carousel im sure he'd do them super cheap. It'll cost about £15 to get the screen made. Youll make your money back easily.

Anybody fancy a pub ride tomorow night? Its chilli night at the tyne so could all meet down there, couple of pints and some chilli, then ride to another pub.
