  • those gold bikes are fucking cool, i want to that to a few trashed bikes around town.

  • Jol, anymore info on the gold artist? It's brilliant

  • those gold bikes are cool, we better get some and take em home they will be worth millions the way street art is going ! banksy worth thousands invader too and not forgetting d face. quick to the hack saw!

  • How could you ever prove they were 'real'?

  • Photograph them in their original location.

  • saw about 12 of them orange things around the west end on my wander yesterday. got big old crappy d-locks on them, was hoping to half-inch a few parts etc. i posted on their attempt at marketing in another city like this a while ago. pretty lame guerrilla marketing if you ask me. wtf does it have to do with dkny? fuck all.

  • I am glad I don't have to leave my bike out in the street all day. Pure cunt-act dumping those pieces of shit round town.

I am seriously up for going round and forcibly removing them, they aren't locked for shit.

    Anyone?

  • The one I saw this morning is locked up where I no longer lock my bike because it has become over run with discarded bikes. Well done DKNY for using up one of the few remaining spots there, YOU CUNTS.

  • There is one locked up between John Lewis and House of Fraser on Oxford Street, I can see the ugly thing from my window.

I am not sure what Nathan Barley type thought that spraying a crappy old MTB bright orange would be a good idea but I am sure it went down a storm in the 'pitch'.

  • they've been doing this all over, not just london, but yeah, must have been a fucking great pitch.

  • the one at the top of carnaby street had taken a good free spot so some dude locked his spesh to the dkny bike rather than the pole. mind, i wouldn't trust the locks the dkny folks have used, they do look like pound shop d-locks.

  • I have just been out for some lunch and saw another one over the road from McDonalds. Not only is it taking up a parking space for a bike they have turned it 90 degrees to the bike rack for maximum impact.

This will bring the Bill Hicks out in me soon.

  • i feel a few of these may have to be applied

  • Didn't go down too well in NYC either... http://gothamist.com/2008/02/03/guerilla_market.php

  • This one's for murtle, as I promised at westie beers last night. What a cunt!

  • hahahaha, good man :)

  • Good work Sir!

  • hehe - looks like a new ride has just been initiated:

    The DKNWhatacunt tour of London!

  • Outstanding! Well done. I had forgotten about that conversation last night.

  • gotta see more pics of this sort of thing

  • give us some more stickers then!

  • these bikes really really annoy me so much, it is so out of order to fuck up the street with these ugly wastes of space. DKNY... fuck you. wherever you go people are trying to sell you pointless shit, it's one of the worst things about living in the city.

  • there is something seriously wrong with those bikes.

taking a method of publicly honouring and remembering those cyclists who have been either injured or killed whilst on the road, and then slightly twisting it and turning it into an advertising campaign??

    FUCK YOU DKNY.

  • yeah, that too.

  • I just sent them a love letter..
