Jacket needed... waterproof and very breathable

I thought it was gonna rain for the ride this weekend, but now it looks like its gonna be nice - which is nice, however I think BBC make up the weather anyway.

ok just got the jacket!
very nice, got a boys XL (lots of swimming as a child gave me broad shoulders)
could have fitted a large, but its a loverly jacket, nice deep hood with a peak, soft material and useful material, the altura is staying at work and I'm gonna wear this in the rain tonight for testing.

oh incidently having had a look over it, I can't actually see anything wrong with it..

If anyone gets theres and it's too small/big/unwanted/etc you get the picture then message me and let me know.

Yes I was thinking of trying to get a ladies XL, to see if it would fit - ladies sizes dont usually on me. but if it doesnt I can always find a home for it and if it does then purple_tom can have my boys XL

I was thinking of buying a m/l womens, just not sure how sizing works. if im a small mens usually then what size womens would i be? though it is quite effeminate and I'm not sure if even i could pull it off...

in which case my mens XL would dwarf you! :-)
I find that a ladies XL is usuall a mens medium - but it all depends on the cut.

I've got the eVent jacket and it got me through the winter dry and not too sweaty..

there are still some ladies jackets left, 2 mediums I know for sure (+1 Large,1 XL)
just clearing old orders now so should be able to buy right now.

The problems with the jackets, if you look on the back of the jacket there are two little metal studs on the bottom. If you stretch the jacket really hard these can pop out.
this shouldn't happen in that you shouldn't do this and or is unlikely to happen in normal use.

sizings... I saw a guy put on the ladies M yesterday which fitted him better than the mens haha.

6 foot, broad shoulders, long arms, big chest basically. :-) All the things that most ladies clothing seem to ignore
Girls XL is usually too short on the arms and too small on the chest/shoulders for me so I'll be interested to see what it fits like, would be nice to actually have a girls jacket for a change!
a guys L size t-shirt is usually a good fit.
