Having previously excelled in such past-times as roller-blading, going on roller-coasters, wearing rollers in her hair, using a rolling pin, listening to rock and roll, eating swiss rolls, rolling out the barrel, engaging in sexual role-play, driving a steam-roller, fitting roller-blinds, marketing for Motorola, smoking roll-ups, and wowing the crowds at last years West Country cheese rolling extravaganza, signing up for roller-racing seemed like the logical next step.

when i stared a job in at the biggest publishing company in new york, they asked me for a bio. i wrote a long-winded bio that i thought they'd never publish. it went out in an email to everyone in the company the next day. excerpts below:
