As of post #153 We have:
Airfix: 94
Rabbit: 61
WAC: 42Details:
Airfix: S=19, M=40, L=25, XL=10
Rabbit: S=10, M=30, L=15, XL=6
WAX: S=13, M=17, L=6, XL=6All minimum quantities have been met.
We also have interest from a shop for 10 of the first design, so that makes 104 Airfix shirts.
I've been looking at getting the shirts printed on Organic Bamboo as the properties of the material are; cooling when warm, warm when cool, quick-wicking, quick-drying, anti-bacterial, odour-resistant, doesn't cling or stick to the body when you're hot and sweaty, softer with a feel more like silk. Basically bamboo is the natural version of Coolmax so it might be a lot better than 100% cotton for cycling.
I'm going to get a sample and try it. Cornelius do you want to be a guinea pig too? And wayne? PM me. I can't get many samples want you two to try them.

that bamboo sounds good...the shop on the other hand doesn't.i don't like the idea of the shirts being sold to 'normal' people...
i do understand why it would be beneficial...just thought i would let you know what i was thinking :) -

Why the fuck is this not a sticky ?
With a big 'Get your orders in before . . . '
?
You might be loosing orders with it stuck for a whole day half way down page two of the latest posts.
In hindsight this sounds a little rude/aggressive of me, not intended.
Looks like you have just broken the 200 t-shirts barrier ! Well done !!!!

VB - I've used bamboo in t-shirts & knits & it is very good - very soft!. Make sure the wearer trials do a good few wash tests though - the stability can be less good than cotton. Can you do them for the same price? That's good (if yes!)

It might be a few £$€ more for the bamboo, but it sounds like the benefits are worth it. Trialling them is the only way to be sure.
