I really don't have any experience with good gyres and bad tyres. I use Conti Ultrasport right now I think and they're not bad. Flatmate gave me them after he got Rubino Pros. He had a million punctures on them but I've none. I'm lightweight though.

Just saw this as I was about to abuse continential so I wont. Get Bontrager hard case, they have feck loads of grip even in wet and they're kevlar lined so less punctures but not necessarily no punctures

hardcase roll well - but if you skid don't buy them, once you go through the grey stripe (after 6 weeks) you're FUCKED.

well the lovely young man at mosquito bikes, use to order them from soma for me. But because they are difficult to deal with mosquito stopped using soma. but i think i can get hold of them any ways. you want me to find out??

I'm tempted by 2 x contis w. tubes for £30. I have them on my Klein - rode to spain last summer- not one puncture. not one. The Spanish roads had an unheard amount of glass on the roads too.
