slamm nice film. Yes, mighty good message at the end... if you haven't done one, do one! I was scared I couldn't make Southend but it was a piece of piss, especially the small hills we encountered ;) ... What a lovely route that looked, I'm a sucker for an English country road.

I think I have managed to put all my photo's up on flick r, LFGSS - London to Cambridge, there's quite a lot and they might be backwards way round! so you might want to start at page 7 first! never used flick r before, will try to get the hang of it next time, also not sure how to link them on here?

nice vid.
i know it's not a race but does anybody hold a wheel on these rides? 9mph average speed seems a bit slow?
before other plans stopped me going i thought getting back to london for 7ish would have been easily done (including 2hrs in a pub garden with chips/beer)leave 10am 5hours on the road arrive 3-3.30, 2 hours in pub on a train 6ish hour later in london?

No but 4 punctures 2 accidents and 1 injury take time/
done it once on a road bike and aiming to do it fixed this year.
i reserve the right to change my mind at any time, tho!
