You need to run that fore-milk off first, I'd recommend a breast pump for at least 5 minutes. Then you'll get the hind-milk, that's where the action's at.

I know what you mean - a bit like skimmed (fore) versus full cream (hind) - but I still wasn't keen; which is probably the idea, or there'd be hungry babies everywhere.
