Same here, it take a little longer to load and then 504.

Had this a couple of times this evening

At least we're getting a Shinscar ID every time.

Now just server error, blank page with http://www.lfgss.com in the title bar. F5 twice once got the same page the second time got that a server error was logged.

I am getting this more often in the last few days than before.
I am start to go into the habit of clicking the URLs or refresh twice as soon as I see it not responding.

Some network issue somewhere. It seems like a firewall or gateway is not doing its job properly.

Not going to log as a bug as I suspect it's due to my ancient OS, but does anyone else have trouble changing their Avatar? I can't double click to upload, or drag and drop, as per instructed :/

Also - I never thought I'd say I miss those 'you haz mail' pop-ups but I obviously relied on them more than I realised...#backlog!

@Velocio, one thing I have discovered through testing is that while one thread is timing out, others are accessible. If one thread on the Following page isn't working for me, it won't work for me if I open it in a second or third tab - yet most or all other threads will work, even if I open them in new tabs while the problem thread is still failing. This might suggest that the CDN is routing any one url I try for across the same problem infrastructure, but that others traverse different routes. Or that your own load-balancers or reverse proxies are doing this. I know CloudFlare uses nginx - maybe they are mapping requests to your upstream servers based on the request uri.

If they are, it could be exacerbating the problem, even if it is not the cause. Might even be the cause, although I don't think it's just the most popular threads where I'm seeing this problem.

Did someone just delete the 'following' pages?

It's not down to routing - the CF page is shown when the request times out, which is probably happening because of slow queries.
