  • Because 2008 is looking shifty - by the time they come up with 11spd systems, you'll all be at it:

  • +1 these are great too, nice type. prefer the white rather than the pink. can't decide between the two designs.

  • nimhbus Hey!

let's get Messers phil wood & co. to make up a run of commemorative cogs, with 1 gear 1 year written on them

    +10

  • ^^^ i like the size of the print on the shirt, i.e. not small and centred (like the Camden market shirts someone mentioned earlier).

Fixed.org.au boys got one done for NDF when he got hit by a car...
    Bling....

  • I started working on an entry but got distracted and now the result is totally irrelevant and concept-less, but thought I'd post it anyway.

In retrospect the (three, oops) colours are probably inspired by that charge bike (that everyone seemed to hate).

  • Nice design.

  • except toe clips are for nancys

  • True, I do ride with cleats and sidis. The new rave-ness of the colour scheme appeals to my humour though.

  • really? someone should tell Andrew...

  • yeah the colours are a little krazy, was just playing around.

  • cornelius blackfoot though funny, there needs to be less of the hating!!
people ride what they want, and to a greater or lesser degree, we all agree on this point, if you like it ride the fuck out of it.
Having a t-shirt which says "your bike is shit" is just perpetuating the myth of us being some higher order of bike rider, we all ride bikes, and though we each have our own personal opinions there is no right or wrong bike, there are just bikes

Stop this 'hate crime' ! You are right, I don't know what I was thinking, the last thing I want to start is a hate war amongst London's cyclists. Notorious for their vanishingly thin skin and absolute absence of humour, I am sure any of the capital's emotionally delicate cyclists would either burst into inconsolable fits of crying or be outraged as this affront to their bike.

Thank you for steering me away from my hatred and for protecting my fragile and emotionally sensitive fellow two wheeled comrades. ;P

  • These are both great!!

  • scott not scot wheels made a funny...:)

    yeah, 'accross' ;)

"toe clips are for nancys, mr mannering sir"

  • hehe.. hopefully t-shirts will never get made so this thread continues..
    nancys:

  • Ha! Love the design Super. I reckon if that doesn't get picked up (I would buy that), you should get in contact with the FGL boys...

    Bite.

    and it's dark blue.

  • I like Airfix/snap-out one and The pedal strap one just above.

I know it's not fixed but I'd love to have an exploded diagram of a Rolhoff Internal on a shirt.. love the technicality of those hubs

I don't think it should be part of this contest as it has zero reference to anything, just thought it might be of interest generally. I have a few similar designs (bike and non-bike) that I'm looking to do short runs of. Probably not in such bright colours, but then again not in my usual greyscale-plus-red either. I don't know any of the guys at Fixed Gear London... Andy, Odge etc, right?
