I think adoubletap was lying when he said he didn't have a pair set aside for this very purpose... Pfft! I've got a choice of two (maybe three), can't decide which... :]

Great turn out last night, so many people I didnt get a chance to speak to before I had to rush off, Emilia, JimJams that means you!
Lovely to see some long lost South faces.I know! I think I only spotted you as you were riding away. :(
(BTW, thanks for responding to my text - if that was you. I had some sort of fail message instead of an actual text, but by that time Chris had phoned me, so I didn't bother chasing it up.)

Gutted I had to leave so early, I could tell it was big'un brewing (no i don't mean my farts... actually that gives me an idea for how to deal with the next cheeky drafting hardnut. No one ever got beat up for having bad guts did they?)
Souths always did rule. I think I can guess who said that about easts. I think it had a really good start last year all through the summer, then the bottomn fell out of it a bit. Can;t really explain why, though I'm guilty of not really going as much in the last year as at the beginning. I reckon its cos east London is a bit too cool for school. Big love to 'somebody' for working hard on TTs and all the other stuff though. Its just always been a bit unpredicatble.
Whereas Souths is always a bit wicked. Don't know why. It was one of the reasons why I moved south! I love you souths.

It was my first Souths experience on Monday. Dunno what all the fuss was about. :P [/eastsfo'life]
I love Easts but it's gotta be said that Souths did seem pretty damn brilliant. I'm going to go back next week just to make sure the huge turnout wasn't an anomaly. Just to make sure like...

I asked someone, who shall remain nameless, about east drinks and their considered opinion was "it's shit!"
Was that me? If so I stand by that opinion. -

I just want to say that the black hub geared monster is a go.
I'm very happy. Although the fact that it is held together with zip ties isn't awesome, the point is it goes.

Southies, there's a bit of cake left over from today, which the C&H have kindly put in a safe place, so don't forget to ask for it tomorrow. :)
Excellent gathering of the tribes last night... Good times, I'm still chortling... :)
