damn sounds like I missed a good one, I got challenged to a game of Mario Kart and then the next time I looked at the clock it was nearly 11, bugger.
Looking forward to the 2-4-1 beauties! See you next week! -

Coach & Horses is a decent enough pub but I can't see it being too tolerant with 20+ bikers. It's a bit poncey and full of middle class, uni types and Ozzy's. Plus it's tiny with limited railing/parking spaces that would result in them getting the hump as Miles and Polly won't be able to enjoy their £16 salad properly
far from it, they were happy to have us.
which is more than can be said for the trinity.

Just a cheeky half for the road then..
You are welcome -

that's basically what he was saying, 25 bikers spending say £20 each that's £500.00 that he's just kissed goodbye! What a fool

the landlord does look like him, seriously!

dogs, don't know what happened to max but never got riding with him. had to make some adjustments to the way i was carrying the frame in order that i could sit down. by the time that was sorted he was gone. i rode fast thinking maybe i'd catch him but no chance.
oh, and i believe i am buying some wheels of you. cool.
good evening that one. good change of venue. i prefer the coach and horses too and don't think it is any less middle class than the hope and anchor which i think is poncy. one warning though is that if there is a monday night game on then the C & H will be a bit busier than it was. no worries though we should hopefully all be sat outside soon.

youngs pub, he manages it for a salary. makes no difference to his pocket.
the brewery would prefer to see steady sales and have no complaints from the neighbours, rather than entertain some bike-yobs for a couple of weeks on the off-chance they might spend £100

I love your attitude Pistanator, really! :D
But it was OK in there, I've always steered clear of the place, but should be quiet on a Monday night and the landlord was well happy to get the trade, as opposed to the barkeep at the Trinity... And you can't argue with 2 for 1 on burgers, surely? ;) -

£100 on crisps alone, hey Bobob ;)
-

There's no more Mon night Prem games now(I think?) so should be OK. Plus it only gets busy if Utd, Liverpool or Arse are playing as all the armchair supporters come out! ;-)
Can't see it getting busy for Derby v Bolton! -

As long as it does scratchings I'm game.
Looking forward to hearing the tale, all sounds a bit strange to me.

So come on then folks, what did happen?
-
• #542
landlord got shitty with everything, even 50/14's bike, so we decided to leave him to boil in his own faeces.
(the landlord, not 50/14)

The landlord had a bug up his arse after alledgedly receiving complaint from the neighbours last week. Corny was swearing like a trooper, and Jonny and I had to hold back RPM from tearing the landlord limb from limb when he told CB off.*
*The last sentence isn't entirely true.

Ladies and Gents, I propose we start making some home brew for the summer months. Lets start brewing now and then by the middle of June we'll be ready to get buck wild.
Mine will have an unreal hit of glutamine, creatine, protein, and NOS, with minimal carbs and maximum alcohol.

lets not.
