feels kinda harsh blaming the bike when the rider was, well, not quite sober and not paying attention. thanks to max for trying to sort my headet despite my grumpy protestations. ASM, I may well go for that beer-bike=part=swap moment soon.....

Conan seems like he can actually ride his pista ... Do you think its anything to do with how easily pista and pissed up can be interchanged?
-
• #231
I'm sure conan crashes in the privacy of his own home (I have actually fallen off mine in my livingroom). pista - pissed off is more true of me, that bike has fucking annoyed me in the past. We still aren't on good terms which is why i'm subjecting it to my flatmate at the moment.

The Edinburgh Castle. Some new numpty neighbour along that road has allegedly just moved in and has already made a complaint to the council about the noise from the garden. FFS, you bought a house that backs on to a pub. Either don't buy it of HTFU.
What about The Bear in Camberwell too?

Mostly Kings staff too, so they could patch up people after they tumble? Edit - or the Maudesley ones could deal with people with 'issues'.

:)
It's The Falcon, big yellow place - WANK!!
Now The Landor 2mins round the corner is decent cos you don't get all the wanky, uni, middle class whiteys going down there cos it's a bit too close to Brixton

Oi! my mate runs that pub.
Although, to be fair, he is a bit of a cock.

I've heard really good things about that place (albeit from a coupla posh blonde Clapham girlies) but never been... Be nice to venture out of Brixton a bit, non?
What about 'round your manor in St. Ockwell, Cornelius?

I've eaten at the falcon before in the rear garden, it was the 'bbq' food menu, it was hideous, i was on the loo all night afterwards :( We watched them half cook loads of stuff early then throw it back on later when orders came in, my mate who's a chef couldn't believe it... we had already eaten so the damage was done. Nice garden though for eye candy, the train is a bit noisy and you can't keep an eye on the bikes from the rear... wouldn't go back in a hurry though.
Sun Dove is a pub i've been wanting to check out for a while.
Wherever we go it will be fun :)
i have never crashed on my BREW, but i crash on the pista all the time... also i dont try to hop snow banks on the brew, so that might be a factor.
