East End Beers will be moving to The Approach for a few weeks

This is for the selfish reason that I've bust my wrist and can't ride a bike till it is fixed, so I need a pub I can walk to.

The Approach is a great pub, and it has awnings and patio heaters, and HSB on the handpump,

wtf? How did you bust your wrist? You ok apart from that? I like the approach. Patio heaters so we can compensate for the good we do as cyclists and railings next to the benches.

I won't be down this week as my interview is thursday but from next week things should ease off.

Fullers pub - 5 ales on tap, litovel larger, honeydew and palm beer.
Good pub food
railings round the front to lock bikes to or in the front garden but that gets shut at 10pm
(i used to work there)

If it isn't too full and there are only a few let Sam has been known to let us take the bikes inside after the outside shuts.

Otherwise, railings all the way round.

Ben, the handlebars on my BlueQuinn snapped in half as I was riding to work.

I like the Approach. I might try and swing by for one this week.

@ Blue Quinn... Sam still runs The Royal Inn. he has dual management over both pubs.
And the Royal Inn is still good. Just none of you lot go there....

I know of 3 whole thefts in the past 8 weeks from outside that pub..
