Shoosh... What tools do you require to "Fix" your handlebars? I've got some time tonight. Could easiliy pop down... Well up for a game of table football too

Thanks for the offer. the bike came dismantled in the post, my brother kindly assembled it all for me, but he couldn't tighten the handlebars. This is what needs to be fixed.

Perhaps. From memory it was a spanner issue.
