That pub has some of the most ignorant staff out there. No concept of working hard to reduce queues and no concept of serving people in order.

I personally have walked out at least 3 times having decided not to hand over my hard earnt to people who employ poor staff. And they're not exactly cheap either.

Nice pub, but consistently poor service for years.

Can only talk from experience, I have never had a problem.

I don't know, I think I put myself on "ignore".

This with ref to who am I not about the staff who seem no better and no worse than anywhere else.

One of the barmaids always serves me before people. I'm not complaining.

The regular staff always recognise me and serve me fairly quickly.
This is handy at the weekends when there is a big queue.
The newer ones are a bit crap, but getting better.
