Just about. Got home at 4am so it was good I took the morning off.

Still struggling, had to take the whole day off.

Was awake at 9, builders arrived 10.30, did a load of cleaning up, afternoon of work and now busy doing some filling in the cellar :)

Still feel sick, today has involved lying on the sofa and that is it.
