Yep, most ridiculous name usually works for me.

For me at a large place, say the CamRA exhibition, the best way is to choose a label theme (i.e. animals) and stick to it.

I decide how much I'm going to want to drink and pick an appropriate ABV level. It's all going to be delicious.

I was drinking Miller High-life 40's last night. It's ok, was in a dive bar.

I go for the one with the darkest label

I ask the bar person to give me a small sample of all the strongest beers in the craft beer pub. If I am not yet pissed enough I go to the next nearest craft beer pub and do the same. Saves money and easy to do in Hackney. Generally after 3 pubs I'm done

I tend to start at one end and work my way through to the other. Easy to keep track then.
