I've got the Fluid 2- seems well put together.
Won't hold a track bike/bike with a 120mm axle and a nutted axle in my experience, although it's possible I did something wrong when trying to make that work.
You need the Tacx axle nuts to screw on the end of the axles, but they are stupidly expensive. Used to be able to get them in Decathlon for a tenner or less.

Phil Chrome Domes seemed to work for bolt on track axles IIRC

Dude, it's June - go ride your bike outside. Turbos are for winter and rainy days.
I do ride my bike outside. But what if I've eaten a whole packet of jaffa cakes and I need to burn it off but it's too late in the evening for an outside cycle? Turbo trainer! What if I want to know how much power I put out because I'm a massive dork, but I'm too cheap to spend the price of a small car on a power meter? Turbo trainer! What if I want to ride my bike while watching Ghostbusters? WHAT THEN?!

Looking for a cheap turbo under £100, is there anything I should avoid?

At that price you wont get a super advanced resistance unit. Which isnt going to be a massive deal. But get something with a sturdy frame. Thats far more important if you ask me. All the fancey 'real road feel' in the world isnt going to distract you from a wobbly base.
Must be a good time of year for turbo bargins though.

Is this purely for you to use while recovering from your injury, or will you use it for interval training later on?
If you could afford it, I'm sure Smallfurry would recommend this one :-) http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Cycle-Ops-SuperMagneto-Pro-turbo-trainer-/221243008398?pt=UK_SportGoods_CyclAcces_RL&hash=item33831c658e
If not, then there are usually a lot of barely used 2nd hand trainers out there closer to your budget.

Pretty much, yes.
Watch out for the possibility of leaky fluid units though.

I definitly can recommend it. I ordered a fluid2, and recieved this upgrade instead. Its an awesome turbo. Even quieter than a fluid, great smooth resistance ramping, and the different resistance curves (there are 4 settings) are great for fine tuning your workout. I like the linterval setting as it brings fast efficient suffering.
The pro frame is rock solid too. I do out of the saddle 800 watt sprints on it. Without it budging.Pretty much, yes.

I'm not sure magnetics can leak.
Although I have no idea magnets work. So dont quote me.

You really don't want to know what happens when magnets leak.

I'll have to check what my ones are... Maybe I'm thinking that they're microfiber, when they are in fact some other wonderful hi-tech material.
I do remember to wash them though....
