layback post, saddle all the way forward. Gash stickers everywhere, grips only on the tops of the bars, gash front wheel with braking surface. That enough for you?

Thanks for the advice
That's what makes it a bit of an eyesore to me. Looking back up, I'm not certain if the front wheel does have a braking surface or not. I don't like those wheels (my opinion) and I'm really not a fan of white bikes either (again, opinion...)

mdcc_tester point out to me what i need to sort out
Before giving too much specific advice, I'd need to know what your bike is actually for.
In the first instance, though, assuming your position is finalised, you could use a straight Thomson seatpost which would place less stress on the saddle rails, and you could flip the stem and lose half the spacer stack to make the front end stiffer, stronger and lighter. -

Probably a repost but,
Grargh. White frame, saddle, silver wheels/spokes/hubs/chain, gumwall tyres and that'd look awesome.
Actually I'll make it simpler - nice groupset.

What? sLimJim, what are you on about? I think that's called helpful advice. Bugger off, unless you are going to be constructive.

Just realised who that is. It's Jared Leto from 30 Seconds to Mars, and that's him, about to shoot the video to Kings and Queens.
to be fair i too used to be ultra defensive, then i just started being myself.
