No idea, the only thing I have seen with a price was a pink glitterflake 24 bmx cruiser that was selling for $1250-1000, but his track frames are way more complicated.

Can you not tell bad welds from good welds?

They may be functional but they are far from pretty.
There are tons of builders with better control of their tig welds.
