I've seen worse...but it does need work.
Nicer stem (black?), tape the bars and take those grips off, put a non stupid for this build brake on... quick release on rear? Strange too. Better not skid?(as for the saddle, function over looks is ok...I can only stand one saddle and its fugly)

Don't really see anything that makes this "anti" compared to the mass of HHSBs about. Disc wheels and trispokes might be so 1990s-- and handle like crap-- but they are de rigueur in many scenes. Sure it is trying to show off rather than be ridden looking at the use of a rear QR, odd rubber grips and the saddle-- especially its angle which seems a bit off-- but how many bikes in the "porn" group are really about riding?
The most interesting think about the photo was its potential use as a "how not to lock up your bike" example..

a clown i knew spent circa 14k euro on this
used to wear all assos but looked like a seal because of his obesity , wound up unable to pay his rent so landlord locked him out and sold on marktplaats for 2k
he also had a white storck phominalist with blue anno bits he crashed after touching my rear wheel on his first proper ride, smashed his head on road with out a lid
wasn't unamusing tbf -
