The setup makes very little sense: saddle moved back, while HBars really high and saddle very low. If the rider is a reverse T-Rex, with short legs and long arms, I'd expect the bars to be lower and the saddle wouldn't be this far.
The Rider should either go for a bike fit or buy a bike his size...
That said, with a different setup, the bike could look very pretty. I don't think it belongs in Anti though. -
