yeah, but at least with bar tape i can imagine it not looking horribly wrong as it would go u to the hoods, whereas on these there was a good 2cm between the hoods and top of the grips; just looked shoddy.
Awful photography on my behalf.

And then there's the angle of the levers and the cables that are supposed to be kept in place by tape on the top half of the bar. Why are we even having this discussion it looks terrible.

^^ That'd be super rad with a horizontal road quill stem, risers and a different saddle.

My only real problem with that is the tyres.

The scapin is haphazard but inoffensive.

Stem arrangement is a bit shit, otherwise it's a pretty cool rat imo

Even with yellow tires?

They probably thought less about the tyres than you have. Deal with it.

I think to 'deal with it' contradicts the very heart and soul of this thread, no?

Kinda petty? Yeah. Although a lot of the bikes are the result of considerable effort - they're fair game.

When my 'Nice bike' is on the turbo. It often has a green (Vittoria Pave) front training Wheel on, and my rear turbo Wheel With red vittoria turbo tyre on.
My 6 year old has been nagging me constantly to buy a red front tyre. Thinks its looks shit.
At some point I'm going to crack.

Mmm yea, I do wonder when I'll see my bike here. Maybe I missed it pages ago. Maybe I don't put in enough effort...!
The principle of half the bar having something on it, not specifically grips
