Ohh that Scott is close to pr0n for me. Looks a slippery little bugger doesn't she.

Other, less ugly, slippery buggers are available. I'd put Cervelo P5-Six, Specialized Shiv-Tri, Trek Speed Concept, Giant Trinity Advanced SL, Argon18 E-118, BMC TM01 and Felt IA ahead of the Scott on aesthetics.

Reddit is wetting itself over this mess:
I've said it before but the whole of r/fixedgearbicycle is horrific. So many horrible builds.
There is a kind of sweet innocence about it though. "Look at my awesome new build. Create frame, Espresso wheels, plastic BMX pedals. I stripped it down and painted it baby blue. I'm a fixed gear convert!!"

Without the ugly parts some of the frames look nice like the low pro could make an awesome build if all silver and blue with a white saddle and bartape.

They're all am amazing mismash of excellent parts and those frames deserve better, but this is really taking the biscuit. Bullhorns on a ... touring bike???
Deep rims so you can get blown all over the road laden? Holy cow...

I highly doubt it was build as a touring bike in the first place, notice how the brake block is nowhere near the rims?
It look like someone have been busy potatoes chopping (rack isn't attached to fork).
