Surely if its track or road and meant for fixed gear tt'ing they'll offer a fork with a brake hole? Doesn't look like there's space for a rear though, can you get away with tt'ing with one brake?

I think it came up a bit short when I added chain tugs on a 120mm frame, so I'd say it's probably tight.
