I see your chode and spacer stack on top of stem and raise you...

Smaller chode on top of spacers with grips on top of bullhorns.

"Inspired by F1 technology" but appears to have a lot of overlap with 60 year old designs - the front end looks worryingly like pressed steel girder forks and swinging arm rear suspension is hardly innovative. For comparison:
