You've all missed that the concrete is on a slope and the back wheel is lifted up. Leant against a wall and it would probably look fine. Main give away is the matching wheel sizes and that the drops are above the height of the tyre.
Chain and pedals. Not worthy of this thread.

I remember a few years ago on one of those chopper shows some dude made a Harley frame entirely out of welded chain. Looked pretty cool and seemed strong enough for the job. Vaguely remember him slamming it through potholes and curbs to test it.
Those bars on the other hand look cack.
