only thing anti about that is the brake lever, which he said he was going to change.

People should read before posting... the Gazelle is from current projects and isn't finished yet:
Still looking for a nice front break. When I've got that one fitted instead of the current MAFAC, I'll be done for now. Then go out for some testing on the gearratio(reason why the cassette is still in place) and order some new wheels @ Varno. All silver ones, 30mm high I guess.
Re the Cyclops, I guess the extra seat/chain stays are for extra stiffness - I'm not sure if they actually provide any significant benefit or whether this analogous to drillium, but it looks interesting [awaits for MDCC's judgement].

it seems odd as it is non drive and not really providing any more support than a chain stay.
also (and most importantly) its not symmetrical so I bet the bike falls over all the time ;) -

Doesn't matter on a track bike, since the track falls away all the time on that side. Constantly turning left without having to steer leaves more of the rider's strength available for pedalling. I bet the UCI ban it as it's clear that you couldn't possibly lose a race on that bike.

Halfords show how great they are at bike set-up once again:

Oxford will be seething they're not getting their own shade of blue or indeed the bike at all.
Nope, no seething here. Just a quiet sense of relief.

This + constant downhill and you have a perpetual motion machine i am glad the UCI put a stop to it fast

It's a (potentially) stunning track bike that's clearly been built to wheel round the corner to the cafe, or just look good at the end of the landing under the Vitra clock.

This make me very sad.

A fan of that bike is not a fan of cycling.

valves are too long. but it will take more than that and the bars (which I actually think look good) to make it anti, imo.
-
• #20948
The valve comes with the tyre, not a lot you can do about that.

Buy Vittoria tubulars with removable valves, fit the 36mm valves part no. 161.5RV.02.36.222BL

or get clinchers. much more practical for wheeling round the corner to the cafe.
