Thats an excellent power meter crankset, which looks a bit weird with the standard Q-rings IMHO.

The small version has a larger TT slope, and thus doesnt look so nice.

(Would look so much better with some Zipp 202s IMHO)

Looks like you need to see the owner riding it before jumping to conclusions about the quality of the fit. Saddle forward on the inline post + slammed long stem + not much seat post showing + big frame suggests not a lack of flexibility necessarily, but more likely a long torso and short femurs.

If that person looks as wonky as his bike I feel for him. It's way out of proportion.
