Capping cable ends is basic. If it was my bike I would refuse to pay until they rectified it. Then again, I don't take my bikes to bike shops except for insurance quotes or suspension service/rebuilds

I can't see Ed needing anything more in S.America...any talk on gearing, panniers, loading carrying is balls compared to a Kestrel co pilot and multi Cockrel carrying...
