How I set it up:
NB. saddle angle changed, pedals changed, stem and bars also changed over time but you get the idea. -

I hate those pedals and straps to be fair but it was all I had spare at the time. Put a pair of these on very soon after.

Does the flowered Kashimax saddled bike from up there have a constant downhill feel? seems to be a lot of room between wheel and downtube...

I suspect that it's more a case of a shallow HT angle. Wheels look the same size.
Then again, looking at the space in the forks you could be right.

If it had silver low profile rims and low flange hubs, and gum wall tyres and less drop on the bars I would agree.
Can't work out if the chain is gold if so that would need to do one as well.
