I will give you the handlebars, they are at a fairly funky angle there! Now much more sensible. The saddle too look likes dog shit, i found it on a bike left in an alley way.

Ftony - i was tempted to cut all the cable stops etc off that frame but always though i wouldnt because the frame may be worth something as carlton went out of business shortly after that frame was made.

It's much more easily explained than that - it's from the brief flowering of 90° seat tubes on triathlon bikes. The ones I've never seen explained are the Japanese track frames with 90° seat tubes.
