My forum name would be a bit unwieldy if it was Maidenhead_and_District_Cycling_Club_Time_Triallist
On the otherhand MDCC_TT'er would less unwieldy although not grammatically pretty

Ed doesn't know fuck all about bikes, I wouldn't take too much notice
I'm sure he realised I wasn't being disrespectful?
Anyway, those bars, I don't think are cut down versions of either of those pictures. Both those styles were as wide as normal drops, and unless it's the camera angle the ones on the original picture are nowhere near that wide?
Width wise they look like Spinacci's but they were always 2 independant bars.

Mismatch fail... Cool paintjob, cool frame, cool component/ wheelset... Together shite
Frame + paintjob (+ different component/ wheelset) = win
Frame + component (+ different paintjob) = win
Paintjob + component (+ different frame) = win -

Just swapping the rims around will make it look pretty sweet.
They aren't the same depth though and excuse my sloppy PS work, but you get the ideaDude, are you serious!? That looks alright???....
Ffs man, after what you've been posting here, and then in Porn,
there's only one last choice for you...

Count on it, looking for a new "fixie" frame once that one disintegrates under him.
-
• #11664

Shame to see any bike deliberately treated like that for reasons of 'fashion'.

FFS all of you missed the key thing with they are they aren't they? 'TT' bars, Squabs went for the red herring and you all ran with it. Those bars are homemade, look at the rivets near the stem, they're made of some chopped up and switched around road bars, fucking suicide. I too have seen the guy who rides that bike around, japanese-looking dude, and asked him what the fuck they were, told me he made em and they're great. Look fucking stupid if you ask me.
Oh and reps for Pisti for that little comment. Squabs you talk too much.

"I'm too pussy/impatient to get the look by riding a bike hard through winter so i'll just totally fuck it in some chemicals"
how much damage will he have done to the frame does anyone reckon?
also i like how he's gone for the "rat bike" look yet all the other components bar the front rim are V shiny and look very unused!

unfortunately for the owner, it looks too rusty to look like general wear.

this wouldn't be so bad if he's done it properly, i remember a few years back in bmx when bare metal frames where all the rage,
could have stripped the paint, let it get a few marks and rust patches, nothing serious and then clear coated the fuck out of it and it would look a hell of a lot better,
-
• #11673
I like how he has 2 spoke cards for what look like a powder coating company?
-
• #11674
^ as for the name of this "company" it may as well be his own business of providing "rat-looks" to other people's bikes...
Anti? Anti.
