I quite like it. I'd prefer it on drop bars. Not sure about the chromed head tube - just chromed forks and head lugs for me please.
I do sometimes like the colour coded stems, on that one it looks alright but sometimes it looks bloody terrible.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, posting tri-bikes here is shooting fish in a barrel, although this one is far from the most egregious example. I think there should be a qualification to be passed before taking the piss out of these bikes - you have to have completed an IM distance triathlon before you're allowed to mock the bikes.
