If you're actually going to imrpove on the spoon, personally I would get a black saddle - green leather is just wierd, like arab geezer loafers kinda colour. Keep it simple.

the cleanest way to do it would be to get a friendly designer to redraw the logo for you, expand the artwork by a mm,

get it done in laser cut vinyl in dark green, and just stick over the existing logo

Bleeding good idea, you know anyone Wayne? Who did the whatacnut stickers for you?

did you try tracing the logo, by pencil/crayon rubbing?
cut it out and use as a stencil

Yeah that was what i was going to do if i ever found some film! I've got some tracing paper ready :)

oooh this sounds interesting....

You could apply copper leaf (using gold size and a gilder's tip) to the decals, then wait for the verdigris to kick in.
