Rod, you are so good it is weird.

I particularly like how he goes about his work. Maybe there's not been much from him for a while, and some other contributions in the meantime have been excellent. Rod's not phased. He'll watch silently, deliberating on his next direction. He's patient. And then he delivers it, calmness personified. Another level. Fresh work. New Rod.

I bet the reality is he's crazed in a bedsit, rigged up to the tits on more computer thingys than we can imagine, with a frenzied, bug-eyed expression on his face from the chronic lack of daylight which he substitutes with maniacal devotion to his true calling.
