yeah its not on the cheap side, but but we can fill it with bikey people and have a cool house with a nice garden and a pond for the summer time

not got an extra living room that you can turn into a bedroom? With a kitchen that big, would you even need one? (if you really wanted to get the price down)

Myself and the girl I'm living with (not gf) are actually looking to move to Dalston and this looks perfect except the rent is just slightly more than I can pay (but so slightly that I'm still interested particularly given it looks good/bikes not just tolerated but encouraged etc.). Does it include bills/do you think the guy might be prepared to negotiate downwards slightly?

chris, what sort of size are the rooms? could you squeeze a couple with nearly 1000 books into one?

Okay then, Mega-House showing is at 6pm on Monday and tuesday during the day for the leftovers (...Scott)
I had to lie and and say 'I've got 6 people ready to go' cos otherwise he won't give it us.
It's available from 1st April and there's already been loads of interest, so interested parties need to make a move soon.

If we can get any more coulples in (there is space, there's already TWO lounges and don't forget that 'summer house') rent will do down.

good luck guys - 2 living rooms!? get another bed in there, that should bring the rent down to approx £142 something per room, only £20pw more than what i'm paying... damn if i didn't have this flat till september i'd be tempted chris.

Here's an update: I've now got three 'confirmed'/as-interested-as-you-can-be-when-you've-haven't-been-in-the-house housemates plus me and Chris. We need two more people, so step on up, your house for all seasons awaits. Oh and I've been thinking, depending on room sizes it's more than likely that rent will drop below the £166 a week mark for some (but go no lower than say, £125).

Hey by the way scott I saw you when you were in London for your fashion thing. I saw you as you and dale and object were on yer bikes leaving cafe 1001 after the tshirt launch in glorias. I was sitting next to Aidan nursing a broken hand. Spooooooky.

i was too subdued to say anything. yup, still a bit sore and strangely wobbly. it twitches occasionally. but i can ride a bike so i don't care. ext time you're down i'll say hello for sure!
