I'm downb with Porridge and random fruits / nuts as the start on weekdays, then scrambled / poached eggs with smoken fish / bacon as the w/e treat.

Dirty brekie...2x ham and cheese toasty with mustard mayo and black pepper followed by a coffee and and a cheeky ciggie.
