Nah, with bars that narrow it's unlikely he'd ever get enough oxygen in his lungs to take the bike above 10mph. I'm sure he's alive and well on the streets of Stockholm or somewhere. He'll just not be travelling very fast. Those handlebars are an abomination to practicality. Bikes are supposed to be ridden.

my mate learned about this the hard way.
we were out riding bmx a long time ago and he ended up with his bars stuck a good couple of inches into his thigh!
few centimeters to the left and he would've castrated himself!
